The man is a genius. A cruel genius, but a genius nonetheless.
Well not that much of a genius. Unless he has an abundant supply of baby birds and hungry snakes (snakes like to sleep for a couple of days after a meal), his scam has a limited potential.
Well neither of those girls flashed themselves, so clearly his idea only works on PAPER…
