Who Won Those Gillette Fusion Gamer Prizes?

Anyone notice that the week we ran a competition requiring entries to be in the form of a limerick was also the same week as St Patrick’s Day? Yeah, that was totally intentional. Anyway, here are the winners:

It was a tough competition to judge, but the two major prize winners were Kaya with this little ditty:

There once was a young, blonde pin-up
Fell in love with Gillette spokesman ‘Pup’
But they started to fight
‘Bout the Gizmodo website
(She was addicted – that’s why they broke up)

And Sara Robinson with this one:

there once was a teen with fine stubble
who gizmodo’ed his way into trouble
for games were his life
causing his private school strife
thank god gillette burst his hairy trend bubble

And taking home the five runner-up prizes were Shane, Laser, Geoff Williams, B Clare and Richard Barlow.
