Sony’s Ultra Compact DSLR Concept May Have Touchscreen Menus

Sony’s been pretty tight-lipped about its ultra compact DSLR camera concept, but someone did share screenshots of what appears to be a rather nice menu system designed for a touchscreen. It looks like it’ll gives almost complete control to fingers.

Based on those screenshots, it looks like you can control just about everything – from depth of field to colour balance – on the LCD display itself. Oh, not to mention that the menus look neatly arranged and pretty. [GeekyGadgets via CrunchGear]

I don’t see how that screams touch screen.
To me it looks like it is still the standard roll wheel. Especially with the rounded items aligned to the right of the LCD, as the wheel would be next to it.

Menu item could be wheeled, but I would assume a 4 way hat-like-switch there too.
