This crazy fork has a “thumb” of sorts to snag your pasta and keep it from falling off. It also has some bumps on the other side of unclear utility. Also, did I mention that two of these forks will set you back $US44? Yes, that is a $US22 pasta fork you’re looking at.

I reckon the waves on the to pare to help keep the pasta from slipping onto the handle side of the fork. Seems like they would keep it in place while you swirl away.
I so would buy this if it was $US5 as you mentioned. FAR too expensive!
