The first Fermi graphics cards from Nvidia will bear the names GeForce GTX 480 and GeForce GTX 470. All preliminary hearsay indicates they will be ornery beasts. And cost as much as dragons. [Nvidia]

Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 9:35 AMi can’t believe how a company can completely sabotage their product range by constantly breaking their own naming rules and still be the market leader. every new card has the whole internet scratching their heads.
the whole point of the renaming of their cards was to remove confusion not create more. they have had over a year to sort this out and still havent a clue.
