If you’ve ever been sitting on the couch with your notebook in your lap and thought: “if only there was a peripheral I could rest my laptop on that had speakers”, then this is exactly what you need. The Logitech Lapdesk N700, which the US guys reviewed back in January, has just been announced for Australians.
The N700 will have an RRP of $150, and should hit shelves in late March. That may sound a bit expensive for something you can essentially do with your lap, but unless your legs have speakers in them, they won’t perform as well. Incidentally, if your legs do have speakers in them – call me.
