Without any mention of hardware or software, The Doghouse Diaries pretty much nails a list of what we can expect from the tablet. Or rather, how we’re all going to react to it. Look out for #19!
while it may not be too expensive (the price will be by far the most interesting spec to have confirmed), it WILL be TOO LIMITING! I can guarantee that!
as for battery life, I wouldn’t be surprised if its good.
with all the bitching about the iphone’s battery life, people seem to forget how awesome the battery life is in the macbooks, seeing as how its looking like the tablet will just be an iphone, but bigger, that leaves a lot of space for batteries!
while I’m hoping it has iphone like SPECS, I wish to god it wouldn’t have an iphone like OS, I wanna be able to code freely for it (preferably on it), for it to be a stand alone device (not requiring a mac with itunes to drip feed it). doesn’t bode well tho, as the tablet market doesn’t really exist, apple is free to define how it works as they see fit… oh boy…
24. We will hear continually for the two years (minimum) about how badly prepared Verizon (or whatever network it is on in the US) were for the additional bandwidth demand.
#2 No camera (on top of many other missing features). #3 No surprising features…at all…nadda…just surprised by the lack of features. #17 The name will live on forever as stupid, along with iSnack 2.0

22. The rumors will be more exciting then the real thing
23. We don’t have one (yet)

We will all look back on pre-release mock-ups and say “How did we get it so wrong?”
