This Fifth Grader Can Type Faster Than You

This is Mackenzie, a fifth grader. She types at a rapid 119 words per minute and makes most of us look pathetic.

I’d be happy to just plain stop making typos and maybe type a bit faster, but Mackenzie won’t rest until she reaches a 200WPM pace. Geez, these overachieving kids nowadays. [Mashable via Boing Boing]

She talks a little strangely and looks remarkably similar to my friends sister who has cerebral palsy, I wonder if she is more or less developed in other areas such as social or logical or creative thinking.

    very impressive though.

Reminds me of Ron “Typewriter” Mingo that was posted on here a couple of months ago.

@Hugh: Autism perhaps? Or she’s just a young geek.
