Follow The Plaza Del Torico’s LED Lamp Road

The Plaza del Torico in Teruel, Spain was renovated with something even better than yellow bricks—over 1230 colour-changing LED lamps embedded in the pavement.

It’s kind of like that fibre optic pavement you might have seen at an amusement park in the past, only on a larger scale. The whole system can be programmed to change colours and patterns in sequence. [Arch Daily via notcot Images via Duccio Malagamba]
