No, This Is Not Another Slow Shutter Photography Trick

As much as the Artikar looks like it was drawn with a keychain light during a 20-second photo exposure, it’s actually a real thing: a rolling, glowing, neon-enveloped quad bike.

Neon (or more likely, fibre-optic) framing aside, the Artikar sounds like it’d actually pretty fun to ride. Powered (obviously) by pedal, the Artikar is steered by leaning, rather than any kind of hand-control mechanism.

    Would be a reall winner if it could fold up :P

    But the neon strip seems like a fantastic idea
