Newly Discovered Hole On Moon Leads To Network Of Tubes
Images have revealed a hole on the Moon’s surface that is at least 80 metres deep and may lead to an underground tunnel more than 365 metres wide which is part of an entire network of such winding tubes.
Scientists are hoping for clearer shots from NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, but the impression so far is that such a tunnel network could provide shelter for astronauts or potential future Moon colonists. I just plain wonder if they could combine it with the recent discovery of water for one kickass underground waterpark. [New Scientist via Pop Sci]

Any one else think they should build a millenium falcon as a joke and “fly” it into one of those holes? I half expect a big blind worm to be in there.

I really want to go back to the moon. There is soooo much we have not looked at on the moon. There were too many images on the moon blurred out by nasa for their not to be SOMETHING unbelievable to see their. Neil Armstrong said in one of his speeches……..”Astonauts are a lot like parrots……they don’t fly very well”. Armstongs comment was very meaningful….menaing that Parrots do not fly very well, but repeat what they are told to repeat. The whole point is they say to the public what they are told to say to the public. Armstrong continue’s to say in this speech that “There are things beyond our imagination waiting to be discovered, if truth’s protective layers can be removed”……now, what does that mean? That is clearly the comments of someone that knows something. Clearly he is holding back information that is unbelievable, and beyond our imagination.
Does anyone know if Aldrin and/or Armstong has ever admitted to their allegedly recorded conversation of them both regarding UFO’s lined up along the crater watching them? I have read in various places that they have admitted to this talk, but I’m not sure how credible my sources were.
