It looks like a video of a normal train but sped up. They should lose the music, and have the real sound of the train, and maybe it would look more realistic.

From the title my first impression is that the train moves at 1316 km/s, which would be fine if your aim was to smash every window in down town Dubai.
I think you will find this video is definitely sped up. With a little googling I found the average speed of this train was 110km/h.
