Regular? Not exactly, but if/when I have the urge to go for a walk, I need my iPhone blasting out music to help me ignore the pain…

No question, an iPod shuffle loaded with some cranked-up rock and roll! Songs that make me run faster, ride harder, and forget the pain!

Nike+ has changed my running life – is a coach, motivator. Extremely easy to use and adds value to my running experience. If you run with an ipod then Nike+ is a must.

Maybe a shameless plug, but I recently launched an iPhone app to help with “interval training” where you run/walk/run/walk a little more each week until you can run non-stop. Having the iPod to listen to music really helps with the running motivation :)

My trusty iPod shuffle, loaded with good tunes, always helps those 2 hour stationary bike sessions go past quicker.

iPhone with Run Keeper Free app. iPod app blasting away with techno/pop (only time I ever listen to the crap) to keep my pace nice and high.

It’s awesome that the app enables me to compete against myself.

    FTW!

Good silent magnetic recumbent exercise bike, Insite is the brand I have and
Guitar hero or Rock Band on my 360

Can easily plow over an hour into it on hard resistance and the music only makes you pedal harder. You don’t even notice you’re exercising.
Using the guitar strap makes it a lot easier.
