What’s wrong with this picture? If you said the app’s price, you’d be wrong (its from the US store). If you said that the thumbnail pic looks suspiciously like porn, you’d be 100% right.
Tipster Jeremy from Ticketchoice sent in these screengrabs from the US iPhone app store last week. As you can see, the image on the kid-friendly game isn’t quite what you’d expect from the sometime draconian Apple approval policy.
Canadian game developers IUGO reckon it’s either a prank or a glitch with the App store. Either way, they’re adamant they had nothing to do with it. Which would make sense considering the market they’re trying to target with the game.
What do you think? Prank or glitch? I’ve been trying to figure it out all weekend, and can’t seem to decide one way or another…

That is quite graphic, thank god it’s only a thumbnail.

Yesterday, at school a mate and I were browsing myspace to look at his profile images and upon opening them one of his thumbnails also showed a graphic image like the one shown above, however when the thumbnail was click it showed the original image.
