Suna Traffic Now Live In Canberra
One thing the iPhone’s multitude of proper satnav apps don’t offer is live traffic updating from the SUNA traffic channel. If you have a dedicated satnav with traffic support, you can now avoid traffic in Canberra comfortably. And not just by getting the hell out of Canberra…
Apparently the addition of Canberra brings Suna’s nationwide coverage to over 12,500km of Australian roads, and covers all main Australian cities. Considering that getting traffic on your satnav is a one-time expense when you buy your satnav, it’s a pretty solid reason for a standalone GPS device…

I struggle to beleive they have traffic in canberra at all!
There’s less of it, but it’s worse than anywhere else because all the people down here drive like retards. This will be handy not only to avoid traffic, but to avoid those canberra drivers.
Of course we do.
From 8.50am until 9am and from 4pm till 4.10pm the place is just hectic with all the Public Servants going to and from work.
The service is not worth the money. I know I have it. It either does not show an issue, or if it does, the incident has been cleared long ago. You just can’t trust it.
You are better of saving your money, listening to the radio, and rerouting manually.
There are better systems OS but it may be a while before we see them.
I’ve been living in Canberra all year, I’ve seen two traffic jams. Imagine if they had Suna Traffic here earlier! I would’ve saved at least two minutes on my trip both times.
