I presume this headline is supposed to be “Don’t Speed or You’ll Be Fired At By A Goddamn Tank”, as this one makes no sense at all.

This is a fantastic idea. After obliterating a speeding vehicle you can melt down the wreck and use the metal to create a new artillery shell, which you can fire at the next person who breaks the road rules. Also, I know Europeans are naturally a little nutso, but do they really speed on snow covered roads???
