In recent years, it seems that the number of people using voicemail is dwindling. Maybe I’m wrong…maybe it isn’t dying out as fast as I imagine. So, my question is simple: do you still use voicemail?
I still use voicemail occasionally. If work calls for me to do a shift, and most of the time I miss the call anyway, they leave a voicemail message, so that’s handy enough. But apart from that, I don’t use it much, if ever. I think it has died out a lot, mostly replaced with text messaging, or the fact that most people I know don’t even bother to leave a message.
i absolutely hate voicemail and try not to use it. if anyone ever leaves me a voicemail message i pretty much disregard it. my philosophy is, if you cant get a hold of me, send me a txt.
Honestly, I use voicemail to screen calls I don’t know the number of. It helps that I’m with Virgin Mobile so I don’t have to pay for the priveledge to access voicemail
Ive never been able to set it up correctly. So I gave up and now get everything forwarded to my home voip when it rings out. That then takes the message then forwards to my gmail.
