@mikerm19: Actually cars should be wired such that they jam cell phones if they are in motion.

Which would be awesome when the brakes fail, and the car is slowly rolling downhill, in the middle of nowhere, and the driver is desperately trying to let someone know that (s)he is off the road somewhere.
