In the forces it used to be recommended to wee on your feet to toughen them up for marching around the place. Or on your boots to soften the leather. Never did it though, who wants boots and feet that stink of piss?

Yum. Of course when you think about it anyone who has ever walked barefoot anywhere outside has covered their foot in urine anyways.

I was told confidentially by a doctor once, that peeing on my toes during shower can help eliminate toe fungus.
No matter how disgusting it may sound, urine is indeed a natural disinfectant. Otherwise we'd get urinary tract infections on daily basis.

Did they specify which animal the pee came from?

The product description says that they are foot-shaped bags pre-filled with lotion. The lotion contains urea. According to Wikipedia, urea is also used to flavor cigarettes and to make commercial pretzels brown. It's also used in teeth-whiteners and bar soap.
