Why is nobody checking if this will give super eyesight to a fully sighted person? Or those awesome full-arm replacements they're giving Iraq amputees, sensitive as a hand and yet strong enough to crush skulls - why aren't they on the free market yet??? How are we going to get this cyberpunk dystopia rolling if everyone shows such a terrible lack of (wait for it...) vision?
