Symbian’s App Publishing Platform Sounds Like A Rehab Clinic
Symbian’s Horizon program works like a record label or book publisher, says Cnet. You submit an app—please make it a good one, since they have to manually review it and they’re “starting small”—and Symbian will make sure it’s kosher and then push it to a bunch of phone app stores, like Noka’s Ovi trainwreck. Good luck guys. I mean that very sincerely. [Symbian via Cnet]

Yes, they will push it to Ovi (and any other Symbian app store) but where is the guarantee that Ovi (or any of the others) will actually make your app available?
Or you can just cut out the middle-man and sign up directly with Nokia to publish your fart app at the Ovi store..
