Ok so you managed to get your hands on some night vision goggles, I'm sure it wouldn't be a far stretch to say you could procure some more NVGs. Why not send this badboy out at night, with some IR stobes on it and hook said NVGs up to your binos or whatever other equipment you were using.

A Zeppelin has a rigid frame, and is manufactured by Zeppelin Luftschifftechnik in Germany. There are currently only 3 operational Zeppelins in the world and they are 246 feet long. This is much shorter and is a blimp.
