I used to have a program like this, something like http://www.fleximusic.com/orchestra/overview.htm just running in the background while you typed in whatever program. It was somewhat amusing for a little while. That made it better than this in two ways, one you were not wasting your time typing on an antique with no memory, and two you could turn it off when you got tired of it.

@bosskev: Beethoven maybe, but never Yoko. The percussion would never be in time with the music like that.

That's a very loose definition of music. Kinda like how some people call that machine which eats and shits art.

Random, yes, but put enough monkeys at these things and eventually you'll get the equivalent of Beethoven. Or at least a Yoko Ono instrumental.

I hope someone makes a application like this for pc, it looks good for a whole 10 minutes of entertainment and a lifetime of annoyance.
