    used to work for HP as a tech support

    now i am in Lexmark

    i can say.. Lexmark’s software is better than of HP

    when i was still in HP i normally troubleshoot communication errors for 1-3 hours

    longest call is 7 hours

    lexmark.. i can solved it in less than an hour…

    Lexmark printers has less errors
