Monday, January 11, 2010 at 7:07 AMSame thing here…I’ve done some research and it appears it’s a fatal design flaw. The case might be “rugged” but the integrated usb/power is pathetic. Look on Amazon…it’s happening to everyone. This product should be recalled. That doesn’t save your data but it might save you some time.
