Well, it can be one of two possibilities.

1 – For some unknown reason, probably radioactivity or lightning, human excrement has been brought to life and is now roaming the sewers, trying to get back up into our toilets to eat our flesh

2 – The third Blob movie? (Can’t remember if there was a second one. Just a guess though, seen as there’s 3 of them)
