quite cool actually, even if it was just a single wire from the ‘receiver box’ part of the tv to the actual tv, it would be cool. As sony make receivers too, it would be really cool if they built this into their AV receivers!

It might be effective for those with expensive, well isolated home theater rooms, but the average home’s digital frequencies are so busy with wireless and home/mobile phones that the need to push high rates of data is nigh impossible.
