I have a cheap hibachi on my porch—who the hell cares about stealing that? The Element grill from Fuego is another story though—this thing is a work of art.
The Element comes in a variety of colours, it has a 24,000 btu dual-burner with different zones for either direct or indirect heating, and it’s small enough to fit just about anywhere (like in the arms of a thief in the night). I’m not sure how much one of these beauties will cost, but if you decide to drop some cash on one I would consider chaining it up. [Swipelife via NotCot via DVICE]

Interesting design. How is the surface area? It looks too small to cook much on.
Check out this interview b/n grill masters Jamie Purviance and Steven Raichlen as they compare notes on grilling techniques, what inspired these classically trained chefs to pursue the art of cooking with live fire, and find out what led to their biggest grilling mistakes.
