DIY Steampunk Light Switch Plates

Steampunk may be played out now, but these simple, yet elegant, DIY Steampunk light-switch plates make me want to jump back into the craze.

All you need are a brass-plated light-switch plate—Steampunk Home Decor suggests purchasing some from Home Depot—old brass tidbits, some paint stripper, a hammer, scissors, tupperwear, ammonia, a buffer, an electronic solder and a torch.
