Palm Asks the SEC to Dismiss Roger McNamee’s Senseless iPhone Rambling as Just That

Looks like Palm isn’t so comfortable with Roger McNamee implying the first batch of iPhone owners will ditch it for the Pre this summer, or claiming the Pre will be a million times faster.

In a six-page document filed with the SEC, Palm, in so many words, asked the commission to ignore McNamee’s statements as hyperbole and carry on with their regular business. But can Palm get too upset at a guy for evangelising their relevance as a handset maker again? [Palm via Palm Infocenter] (Photo courtesy of Smart Phone Fanatics)
