Badger
Potato
Sega Dreamcast
PS3
Toaster
Roomba
Indy500 Car
Watch
Wrist PC
Vest
68k Mac
Xbox
Small Satellite
Router
iPhone?!?
iPod
Zune
Android phone

We miss any?

I am not certain that this would necessarily count as a missed, and cool, place where Linux has been installed, but I will make note of it anyhow. While Linux on a USB flash drive is not uncommon, there is a gentleman who has Linux installed on a USB flash drive that is actually integral to a prosthetic digit (i.e., his fake finger). Imagine being able to stick one’s finger into a USB port and boot Linux. Pretty cool!
