Yuruppy Virtual Pets Want You to Rub Them All Over via Touchscreen

Making Tamagotchi virtual pets seem like a high-maintenance pain in the butt, the touchscreen Yuruppy kicks it up a notch with virtual pets that require no care and only want to be fondled.


Manufactured by Tomy Takara, Yuruppy comes with 14 mini games that users have to complete with their puppy, kitten or chicken by simply running their fingers across the touchscreen to control their pets. Available in June, you can get your own Yuruppy for $US21, or a deluxe edition that features a larger screen for $US38. [IT via CrunchGear via BBG]
