What finally did it for me was that instead of re-naming the update &quot;update.zip&quot; I had to rename it simply &quot;update&quot; ... my OS automatically adds the file extension, so I was having trouble opening the update because it was named &quot;update.zip.zip&quot; ... duh.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
