I'v beeing using the XIM 1 for a quite a long time now and it work pretty good with COD4 and 5 and those are the only two games i play and it gives me almost the same feel of PC shooters and I played alot of PC shooters, like counter-strike started off with 1.3. So its pretty good and XIM 2 is a much improved version.

Try finding a real user review of the XFPS 360 sniper (latest version).
There are a lot of complaints about that system, including dead space, jerky movement, and slow reactions to quick movements.
XIM looks like it's quite a bit more promising.
