Six Ways the PSP Could Make the PS3 Infinitely Better
We’re all a bit bored by the PSP at this point, and the PS3 has failed to impress us much lately as well. But with a few minor tweaks, we’d be blown away by both.

What’s wrong with the current PSP (PlayStation Portable)?
I’ve had the PSP (PlayStation Portable) since they were first released in Australia, and without a doubt it is by far the best portable gaming console EVER!
My only complaints with it?
* The new “Slim & Lite” models don’t include the earphones with remote-control, as the original (PSP-1000) models did.
* Sony pretty much ditched the UMD video format, making existing UMD movies virtually impossible to find and ensuring that new movies will not be released on the format.
* No downloadable theme-creator tool.
And my BIGGEST complaint:
* When Sony launched the PlayStation Store, it was promised that “most” PlayStation/PSOne games would be made available for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) “in the near future” – it is now aproximately one year later and currently there are maybe a dozen games available in Australia, with little hope of many more… Unconfirmed sources online claim that Sony have stated that even they do not expect the catalog to get much bigger, yet many countries overseas (Japan in particular) already HAVE access to “most” of the PlayStation/PSOne catalog!
I do agree with some of your suggestions though – the PSP (PlayStation Portable) does need to be made available as a “bundle” with the PlayStation 3; the Blueray remote and PlayStation/PSOne ripping tool is a good idea also.
