LCD, Plasma or DLP: What Kind of HDTV Do You Own?
When it comes to buying an HDTV, you really have three choices: LCD, Plasma and DLP. Each version has pluses and minuses, so my question is: which one(s) did you choose?

Where is the Rear Projection category?
As much as Australia seemed to have hated them, they offered the best size for dollar value. The laster models where brighter than both LCD and plasma, with a better contrast ratio!
55″ Bravia 3LCD Rear Projection.
@AnthonyP: Hardly seen any rear projection TVs on the market to even evaluate them. The ones I did see were totally crap (I’d seen much better ones while visiting friends in the US).
Personally, I have 2 CRTs. One is an 86cm, the other is a CRT projector that does 720p on a 100″ screen. I’ll probably replace the 86cm with a LCD screen once the quality catches up with Plasma and I can get at least a 42″ 1080p one for under $1000.
Just to follow up on the other users comments, I have a Sony 60″ Bravia SXRD Rear Projection.
The most common comment I get when people see it is “Is that a plasma, its so bright!” And when I reply “No it is a rear Projection” they practically fall on the floor.
