Apple or the Devil??? Microsoft introduced standards when there were none. Apple showed alot of people are stupid. Offer the same but locked in? The iPod is my biggest bug bear, my Cowon D2 sounds son much better then an iPod, its not even funny. Conducting the same tests on a Nano and Classic 80G with the same files and phones, the iPods were a disgrace. And I am convinced anyone who has an iPod is not that into music. iPods mids were a sad mess,any metal sucked arse hard on an iPod.
