		<description>&lt;p&gt;true, they were high performing, but recently i heard that that they got rid of many experienced sales people and hired sales personnel that lacked.  and so their sales declined. that, plus a poor economy....! i&#039;m sad to see the store close. between pc rich + sons, bestbuy and circuit city, i found the customer service at cc the best of the 3 stores.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
