Telstra offers a rare example of where both voice recognition and human call centre &#039;robots&#039; can be equally as excruciating as each other -- no winners there, to be sure.  but generally I prefer to have both as an option -- when your online order is screwed up by the network, it&#039;s very reassuring if you don&#039;t have to wait 3 working days to talk to a real person.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

The next step is automating the making of the pizza :D&lt;/p&gt;</description>
