I bought my TX2 based on several product reviews. Two weeks after I got it, the keyboard died. No tech support but going throuh an HP forum I discovered other TX2 customers who encountered the same problem. I found the suggested workaround worked. Since then, it has happened to me two more times. And more recently, the touch screen stopped working. The HP engineer said there is nothing wrong with the hardware. I was told to wait for the firmware update but he wasn't sure when it would come. Is this what HP calls quality product and service?

It is working with the tx2 1050ed, With Windows 7 64 Bit.

Just that the Rotate Hardware button and the biometric's driver isn't working.

Hp Should Put ALL the Vista software online so it can be tested. There's no fun in having biometric lock up if you can't use it to secure thast big drive for such a small TPC.
