It was a good show and I don't think everyone gave it a chance. They had good story lines, a great cast and I actually liked the look of the ship. The show was edgy and I love that they expanded and updated the style to be more modern, especially the cinema photography. Brillant. Can't wait for the new Movie. I am a Star Trek fan and have seen every episode. But not so much that I will be peeved if J.J. changes some things. I expect it and I am sure they will be good.
