10:45AM Gizmodo US Edition | New Yorker Avi Koschitzki has tossed his own lawsuit in with the rising pile, accusing Apple and AT&T of the usual crimes (lousy 3G reception and speed, lackluster software updates) as well as a newbie: hairline cracks in the iPhone 3G’s casing. We’ve reported on it before, but this is the first time it’s showing up in a suit. More »

The description’s all in German, and I don’t know what or who a “Frühstücksspeck” is, but the case is “Absolute Trendtasche!!!” and who am I to argue with that? More pictures after the jump. More »

6:30AM Mark Wilson | On the left, you see President Elect Barack Obama’s website. On the right, that’s not just Obama’s site localised in Hebrew…well, maybe it sort of is. It’s the campaign site of Likud leader Benjamin Netanyahu (who is running for Prime Minister of Israel). Everything has been copied, from the colours to the donation areas to the integration of social networking platforms. And no one is denying that fact, either. More »
