Giz pick of the week: IMAX Anything
Just in case you enjoyed Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull as much as Trey Parker and Matt Stone (or our former Editor Jason Chen), there's always the slew of IMAX double feature releases hitting shelves today. Cosmic Voyage/Destiny In Space and Space Station/Mission to Mir double up the 45 minute movies to make the purchase (or rental) a bit more worthwhile. And if four IMAX movies just aren't enough, there's always Coral Reef Adventure, Dolphins and The Living Sea, all of which are also being released this week.

no ones is saying it was better than the first three because that would be utterly impossible. But as a movie in itself it was half bad at all.

Don't those IMAX movies lose a little in the transition? I mean sure, some people have 'da bomb' home theaters, but I don't know anybody who's got an IMAX set-up.

Indy 4 was nice. Not spectacular like the other 3, but it was good entertainment.
Obviously a dissappointment to many, but it wasn't the garbage some people claim it to be.
Lower your expectations a bit and you'll enjoy it.

Seriously, the Indiana Jones Trilogy belongs in the "Best Trilogies of All Time" conversation, I'm not saying it's #1 but it's up there.
Aliens? Really? I think Lucas raping a Stormtrooper is the perfect analogy of what they did to this series.

I have yet to see Indy 4 but I did see the South Park episode and now I'm wondering how bad can it be. I mean they made it seem like it's REALLY bad. My brother saw it and says it's good. Don't know.

Honestly, there are a lot worse films out there than Indy 4 turned out to be. I mean - I laughed at the South Park episode but I also enjoyed Indy 4 as a film over all.

Slow down there, hoss - some of us with acceptable grammar agree that there is a lot of evidence for historical interactions with extraterrestrials, and we'd prefer if you didn't label people idiots in broken English while espousing such theories. Such conduct is a large reason why the entire subject is ridiculed so often.

I loved the Indy. I know that makes me a "Butters" but I went into this film wanting a modern film that hearkened back to the serials, the B-movies of the 30s and 50s, and yes I wanted aliens. I grew up on that stuff (which, ironically, doesn't indicate my age) and am really familiar with the mythology they were emulating so I went along for the ride.
If you didn't like the film then you simply didn't get it.
Plus, making fun of rape isn't funny. I'm sorry, but having someone close to me who was raped sorta prevents you from laughing at that sorta stuff.
