Faulty laser sensor was the support person’s diagnoses. So I sent the faulty unit back to them for replacement, paid extra to get confirmation that it was received and signed for. And after supplying a copy of the confirmation to Steelseries, do you think I can get a response from them, No. They are now completely ignoring me. My best advise, keep your dodgy mouse that came with your computer, it will last longer than anything from Steelseries.
