I bought an iphone last week and had my IT guys synch with my work emails on the exchange. Due to my company's security feature, it puts the phone into passcode lock and sleep mode every five minutes when not using the iphone. The only problem is once the phone goes into sleep mode, I am no longer notified of new work emails until I wake the phone up.
