Hmmm...this Sushezi sushi tube looks familiar. While it is all but useless as a weapon, the tube can help the average Joe enjoy professional looking sushi at home with its easy roll feature. Now that I think about it, maybe you could use it as a weapon—a salmonellasaber with an incapacitating puke blade. Available for US$20. [Taylor Gifts via RGS]

btw..those rolls in the picture blow a big one... they are just ugly refrigerated sticky rice with a pinch of goodness in the middle....yuck....just like the ones you find at Vons/Pavillions all the way in the back , labeled "MADE FRESH DAILY!" ....gross

ha!!! it takes away the fun of rolling! The rolls I make are badass Burrito sized rolls! full of cucumbers, mango, salmon, carrots, crab meat. Dude... all I need is one of those bad boys....

Sushi is one of the most fucking simple things a person could make, especially makizushi. I mean, I could almost understand those gadgets to make nigiri-zushi, but a plastic tube to make maki rolls? The traditional mat of reeds strung together isn't a good enough gadget or something? Seriously, WTF?

@DisposableInterloper: Agreed. Using the traditional mat, rolling sushi is a breeze. Maybe this is for people that don't know and refuse to learn how to do things properly.
