Adobe Photoshop.com Mobile Beta Out Now
Posted by Mark Wilson at 2:56 AM on September 27, 2008
If you're running a Windows Mobile phone (more specifically the MOTO Q Music 9m, MOTO Q 9h, Palm Treo 750w, Samsung Blackjack I or Blackjack II), you might want to check out Adobe's new mobile beta site. Hit the link to register. [Adobe via intomobile]

Am I the only one that thinks that Photoshop P logo looks goofy?

Why are only these phones supported...? Why not ALL smartphones, which run WinMo? Makes no sense, other than marketing, I guess...

The new Photoshop web services are pretty nice, but I'm still trying to figure out why I'd want to use them over something like Flickr.

@Barry32171: I got the .cab file for the Blackjack II and installed it on my AT&T Tilt and it works fine, there's just no touch screen support, but you can do everything with the D-pad and the two function buttons.

Great. Just what WinMo needs from Adobe. Their priority list sucks.
1. Adobe Mobile Beta site.
...
16. Flash for x64 systems.
...
23. Flash for WinMo.
...
105. Flash for iPhone.
...
274. Version of Adobe Reader that takes up less than 450mb.

@Ron-Mexico: The fact that the photoshop site connects to Flickr/Picasa/Facebook/etc. is really nice. I think they are tring to become everyone's online photohub. You upload everything to them, then you can decide what pics you push out to what other sites.
Pretty ingenious as far as I'm concerned. And should cut down the time I spend ul-ing and figgering out which site I uploaded what pic to.

I must be intertubally challenged, because I can't find a link anywhere on that page to download a copy of the software.

LOL, I had the same problem when I looked for it too. Click on this link: [www.adobe.com]
on the right you'll see "Adobe Photoshop.com Mobile beta", click on that, create an account and then you'll see you to get it. It's pretty cool actually, but you're going to need an unlimited data plan.
