Carrier pigeon....hmm...maybe...or maybe he just realizes there's no need for a special broadcast since every media outlet in the country will be covering the choices to no end when they happen. If you have SMS (I personally have a block on them to save myself the extra charges) you probably signed up for news alerts from your favorite news agency...which will be notifying you asap as well. So really...what is the point of a special SMS message?
