A small, but happy change in the PlayStation Network: Starting this fall all PlayStation users will have a single sign on that works across PS3, PC and PSP. One. That works across all three platforms. Simplicity and logic, meet Sony.

A feature that should have been present since the start, I gree, but still, a welcome addition to Sony's online play.

Compare their Single Sign On to Windows Live... It works across everything you could imagine (including the xbox)...
If sony wants to do things right they need to start doing something first instead of copying everyone else...

WHO CARES IF IT DOESNT WORK IN ALL THE GAMES TOO...
dear god am i the only one seeing how crappy sony's idea to "tack on things" that should have been since day 1 is...
first trophy support... well eventually on all games, if you wanna go back and replay them all to unlock them once they get support....
ingame xmb, took long enough
single signon, that i seriously doubt will work with games themselves since the studios themselves have to run their own online hardware servers etc.

How is this different from when I've used my playstation network login on my psp, pc, and ps3 in the past? I'll have to look around for a more complete description of this change somewhere...
P.S., @elbweb: Windows live can suck it. Suck it hard. If you are picking that as a rallying point for xbox innovation (@phantam: tropies are worthless pissing-contest brownie points; I and many others could not care less about this feature,) you might consider holding your posts on Sony announcements.
