Lightsaber DS Stylus Elicits No Objections From Phoenix Wright
Posted by Jason Chen at 4:10 PM on July 2, 2008
These officially licensed Star Wars Nintendo DS Styluses are just what we need to draw insane circles around Pokemon, help Phoenix Wright solve cases and cut open random people in that really hard doctor game. They come in two flavours: a three-pack of standard plastic ones for US$7.99 or a two-pack of glowing ones for US$16.99. Both are due July 31, which is exactly the day that we're going to pretending we're gigantic Jedi holding regular-sized lightsabers. [Light-up and Boring via View from Heaven via Oh Gizmo via Kotaku]

Pretty snazzy! Do they fit in the little slots the DS Lite currently has for stylus...styluses...styli? Gah, typing "styluses" feels so unnatural!

That's gonna look stupid.

@strider_mt2k: you do not touch the blade. you hold the saber away from the DS and control the DS with the force.....

Honestly, I don't care what they will work with. I'll buy em just to have em on my desk! My desk-desk isn't for working, it's a display for my stuff. The side desk is for working.

@001: Yeah, and my girlfriend has a DS.... I had my hopes up too. Though I do have one of the $120 fake, light-up, noise-making lightsabers from Sharper Image and somehow made it look like a penis with Photo Booth on my MacBook.
